I'm going to switch it up today to share a video with you guys that made me happy to see and deserves more recognition. I know it's not directly Biology, but you could say it indirectly created the field in the first place! All of us in the sciences are all one big happy family, right? Professor Andrei Linde who is one of the main authors of the inflationary universe theory is surprised at his home by Assistant Professor Chao-Lin Kuo with evidence that supports his theory. The discovery, made by Kuo and his colleagues at the BICEP2 experiment, represents the first images of gravitational waves, ripples in space-time. These waves have been described as the "first tremors of the Big Bang."
